What to expect: As a Consulting Hypnotist, and Affirmations Life Coach specialist, my job is to help you use hypnosis and NLP as a tools for:

Establishing new mental patterns and habits
Creating power, purpose, and intention in your choices for yourself
Helping to gain mastery in emotional state management
Focusing on solutions and positive outcomes in anything you do
At your first session, we will go over paperwork you will have filled out ahead of time. We’ll then discuss your goals for the session, and the details and elements of those goals. This initial ‘interview’ can take up to an hour, as we get very clear information about what you want, and what’s been stopping you from getting what you want. From there, we get right to work on creating your desired outcome.
There is no typical session to describe, as each session is based entirely on your needs and goals. What is the outcome you most desire? That will be our focus, and we will pull from a variety of modalities to help you get what you want. NLP and Hypnosis are the foundational elements in this toolbox. I enjoy helping people reach their personal and professional goals.
This work is focused on generating a successful outcome, and that means we have flexibility and purpose in our approach. Hypnosis is a process and state of mind – what you do while IN hypnosis can be as varied as is necessary to achieve the goal.
For most people you will get immediate results, leaving your first session feeling well on your way to success, relaxed, and better than when you started.
Much as they may seem to be, these processes are not magic pills, and most people do need two or three sessions to achieve a fully successful outcome for a specific goal. Compare that to how long many people spend in traditional counseling or therapy over years, and it may still seem like magic. Simply realize that you may need more than one session to complete the ‘journey’.
Let’s use quitting smoking as an example. There are a lot of hypnotists out there who will ‘guarantee’ they can ‘make you’ quit smoking in one very expensive session. This works for some people, some of the time, for a short period of time. However, there are a lot of elements to creating a life TRULY free from smoking. What will the person who used to smoke DO now, to help themselves relax, or feel better when angry? Can we take the cigarettes away in one session? Absolutely. Can we make sure that the person is truly free, comfortable, and feeling confident moving forward? That may take a bit more work, and it is work well worth completing.
These sessions are NOT counseling or therapy. They are direct, focused, and designed to move you forward in your life, and they do NOT replace medical treatment for any condition that requires diagnosis or treatment from a medical professional. If you have been diagnosed with any mental, physical, or emotional disorder, and you wish to use hypnosis in conjunction with your supervised treatment by a medical professional, you must obtain a referral for these services. If you are experiencing physical pain of any kind, you must first visit your doctor and receive a referral in order to use hypnosis as a tool for pain relief.
Please visit the Florida Hypnosis Statutes Page for complete details on the Florida State Law regarding hypnosis and its use for medical or mental health conditions.
